Industrial license

Industrial License is necessary for any manufacturing activities. This license is only available in certain areas of the UAE, such as the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Sharjah. The Industrial License allows companies to manufacture, process, assemble, or package products of any nature.

Professional license

Professional licenses are also available in the UAE, which are necessary for individuals who are looking to offer professional services, such as consulting, engineering, and legal services. Professional licenses are available in all seven Emirates and are issued by the relevant local authority.

Free zone license

If you are looking to open a business that operates in the UAE’s free zones, then you will need to apply for a free zone license. Free zone licenses allow businesses to operate with 100% foreign ownership and are available in a variety of free zones across the UAE. Depending on the free zone, different types of licenses may be available, such as an industrial license, a service license, or a commercial license.

Educational license

Educational License is issued by the UAE’s Ministry of Education and is necessary for any businesses that offer educational courses or services.

Crafts license,

A Crafts License is a type of business license required for certain craft businesses in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Crafts license holders are permitted to import and export goods, and to operate a physical shop or mobile shop within the UAE. The license is only applicable to businesses that sell handicrafts, antiques, and artwork. To obtain a Crafts License, an applicant must submit the appropriate paperwork to the Department of Economic Development in the emirate in which the business will be located.

Tourism license,

Tourism licenses in the UAE are obtained through the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Depending on the type of business, a tourism license may be required. As a general rule, any business providing services related to the hospitality industry, such as hotels, restaurants, tour operators, car rental companies, travel agencies, and other related services must obtain a tourism license. The process of obtaining a tourism license involves a number of steps, including obtaining an approval from DTCM, submitting the required documents, and paying the appropriate fees.

Agricultural license,

In the UAE, agricultural licenses are issued by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE). The license is required for any activity related to growing, raising, or harvesting crops, as well as importing and exporting agricultural items. The license is also used to regulate the use of pesticides and fertilizers. To apply for a license, applicants must provide proof of ownership of the land on which they plan to cultivate, details of the activities they plan to carry out, and the necessary fees.
